USE OF ELECTRONIC CORPORA IN TEACHING GENRE SOCIOCULTURAL SPECIFIC FEATURES TRANSLATION OF VOCATIONALLY-ORIENTED DISCOURSE

The subject of the present research is peculiarities training would-be translators in sociocultural genre specific features translations vocationally-oriented discourse, e.g. geological taking into account traditions adopted professional communication Russia. With this objective view, authors have conducted a survey and defined most widespread genres communication. To identify genres, we, having discourse approach mind, analyzed field diaries reports by Russian German professionals. performed analysis allowed us to determine similarities differences above mentioned since they make significant impact on source text translation strategy. This article examines ways techniques differences. It also proposes describes method teaching through electronic discipline-related corpora as background knowledge translating discourse.
